"Bridging the Access to Justice Gap with Legal Tech"

Gemeinsam mit ELSA Göttingen dürfen wir den Vorentscheid der European Human Rights Moot Court Competition (EHRMCC) mit einem akademischen Programm einleiten.

Dieser Vortrag wird zeigen, wie Legal Tech Anwälte bei der Durchsetzung von Menschenrechten in Krisengebieten unterstützen kann. Er gibt einen Überblick über innovative Projekte auf der ganzen Welt und konzentriert sich auf die Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Legal Tech Start-Up BRYTER und der NGO European Lawyers in Lesvos.
Johannes Maurer, Head of Business Development bei BRYTER, und Cord Brügmann, ehemaliger Hauptgeschäftsführer des Deutschen Anwaltsvereins (DAV), geben Einblicke in den Einsatz von BRYTER in Lesvos zur Beschleunigung der Visaverfahren im Kontext der Flüchtlingskrise.

Together with ELSA Göttingen we are allowed to initiate the Central European Regional Round of the European Human Rights Moot Court Competition (EHRMCC) with an academic program.

This lecture will show how legal technology can help lawyers to provide legal assistance to the most vulnerable. It provides an overview of innovative projects around the world, and focuses on the collaboration between the legal tech company BRYTER and the NGO European Lawyers in Lesvos.
Johannes Maurer, Head of Business Development at BRYTER and Cord Brügmann, former Chief Executive of the German Bar Association (Deutscher Anwaltsverein - DAV) are giving insights about the use of BRYTER in Lesvos to speed up Visa Procedures in the refugee crisis.
